About Our Fragrances

What does “inspired by” mean?

Our fragrances are original creations inspired by the scent profile of famous designer fragrances. We do not sell counterfeit or fake products. Each Barrystone fragrance is our own formulation that captures a similar fragrance experience to the original — honestly labelled and transparently priced.

Are your perfumes 100% original?

Yes. Every Barrystone bottle is our own original product. We do not resell or counterfeit any brand. We are an inspired fragrance brand — similar to how fashion houses create “inspired” designs that reference trends without copying them.

How long does the fragrance last?

All Barrystone fragrances are formulated at 30% fragrance oil concentration (Extrait de Parfum strength). On most skin types, you can expect 8–10 hours of longevity. Performance varies based on skin type, climate, and application method.

How do I make the fragrance last longer?

Apply to pulse points — wrists, neck, inner elbows, and behind the knees. Moisturise your skin before applying. Avoid rubbing after application. Store your bottle away from heat and direct sunlight.

Are your fragrances safe for sensitive skin?

Our fragrances are formulated with skin-safe ingredients. However, if you have known fragrance sensitivities, we recommend testing on a small patch of skin first. All our products are vegan and cruelty-free.

Ordering

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collections, select your preferred fragrance and size, and add to cart. Checkout with any payment method — UPI, card, net banking, or Cash on Delivery.

Is Cash on Delivery available?

Yes. COD is available across India. Select “Cash on Delivery” at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order if you need to make changes. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

Shipping

How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days across India. Metro cities usually receive orders in 2–4 days.

Is there a free shipping threshold?

Yes — free shipping on all orders above ₹999. Orders below ₹999 incur a small shipping charge calculated at checkout.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking link via SMS and email once your order is dispatched. You can also use the Track Order link in our navigation.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, sealed, and in its original packaging. Fragrance is a personal care item — opened or used bottles cannot be returned unless the product is defective.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.

How long does a refund take?

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
