Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If something is not right with your Barrystone order, we will make it right.

Return Window

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original sealed condition
  • In the original packaging with all labels intact
  • Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used perfume bottles (fragrance is a personal care item)
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery

Damaged or Wrong Products

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Email us at berrystoneph@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos
  • We will arrange a free replacement or full refund with no questions asked

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at berrystoneph@gmail.com with subject line: Return Request – [Your Order Number]
  2. Describe the reason for return and attach photos if applicable
  3. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed

Refund Timeline

  • Prepaid orders: Refund credited within 5–7 business days to your original payment method
  • COD orders: Refund via bank transfer or UPI within 5–7 business days

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your original order (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
