Shipping Policy

We ship all Barrystone orders across India via reputed courier partners. Here is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Processing Time

Orders placed before 12:00 PM IST (Monday–Saturday) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on Sundays are dispatched the next business day.

Delivery Time

• Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Kolkata): 2–4 business days
• Tier-2 & Tier-3 cities: 4–6 business days
• Remote areas: 6–9 business days

These are estimated timelines. Actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all orders above ₹999
• Orders below ₹999: A small shipping fee is calculated at checkout based on your location

Cash on Delivery

COD is available across India. Please note that COD orders may take 1–2 additional days compared to prepaid orders, as prepaid orders are dispatched on priority.

A partial advance payment of ₹200–350 may be collected at the time of order placement for COD orders to confirm authenticity.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

• An SMS with your tracking number
• An email confirmation with a tracking link

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at berrystoneph@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate and resolve within 24–48 hours.
